All orders are packed from my home office in Brisbane, QLD and are dispatched within 1-2 business days of the order being placed.
If you've opted for tracked postage, as soon as I've fulfilled the order you will receive the tracking number via an email to the address supplied when checking out. Please note it may not necessarily be scanned into Australia Post's system that same day (this is normal).

Returns Policy

As a general rule, all sales are final. Unfortunately a small business can't sustain having a return option, especially with the cost of shipping (and living!) in Australia.

Of course if there's something wrong with your order, always get in touch. I want you to be as happy as possible with your purchase and on occasion, delivery mishaps can occur. This can be discussed on a case by case basis - please use the site's contact form or alternatively forward an email to:
